I work in GRC at a major fintech company. Every day, I deal with the same frameworks, audits, and risk assessments that you put on your resume. The difference is I also review the resumes that land on my desk—and I see the same preventable mistakes tank qualified candidates over and over.

That’s why I started Hack Your Career. Not because the world needs another career coach, but because GRC professionals deserve someone who actually understands the work—not someone who learned the acronyms from a blog post.

I’ve helped dozens of professionals land roles at companies they didn’t think were within reach. Not by inflating their experience, but by translating what they actually do into the language that hiring managers and ATS systems are scanning for.

This isn’t my full-time gig. I still do the work every day. That’s the point.
